Fletcher Seeks Prothonotar y's Position
A Harrisonville area man joined the race for Fulton County prothonotary this week, bringing the official count to three candidates for the seat that also oversees issues relating to clerk of courts, recorder of deeds, register of wills and clerk of the orphans court.
Brandon L. Fletcher, the lone Democratic contender to publicly announce so far for the position, is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a bachelor's degree in the field of criminal justice. After having logged time in court settings and having experience in customer support, Fletcher stated he felt he is a qualified candidate for the position currently held and again sought by Patty Suders Fix.
"I believe that my knowledge and background related to the court and experience in helping others as a customer support professional would be an asset to the voters of Fulton County," said Fletcher. "I am confident that my past experiences and education have well prepared me for the duties of this office."
"I am excited about the opportunity to run for the office of Fulton County prothonotary," Fletcher concluded.
Fletcher resides in the Harrisonville area with his wife, Tracey, and their daughter, Cloe.
