Pa. Police: Dad Let Teens Drink, Girl Pole Dance
BETHLEHEM, Pa. (AP) - An eastern Pennsylvania father is charged with hosting a teen drinking party that featured a high school cheerleader dancing in uniform on a stripper pole.
Sniping among the cheerleaders brought the December party to the attention of authorities. They have charged 36- year-old Steven Russo of Bethlehem with corruption and child endangerment.
Russo's 17-year-old son attends Freedom High School. Court records state that a photo surfaced on Facebook showing a 16-year-old Freedom cheerleader drinking and pole-dancing while another shows two underage girls kissing Russo.
The dancing cheerleader is off the squad.
The students allegedly tell police that Russo regularly hosted teen drinking parties.
