Three Cited For Mischief
Three area residents were cited for defiant and simple trespassing as a result of an incident that occurred at the Bethel Township residence of Thomas Robinson on Friday, January 16, at 1:30 a.m.
James Ericson III, 20, of Thompson Township, and 19- year-old Bethel Township resident William Stouffer Jr. reportedly trespassed on the posted property of Robinson and slashed a total of six tires on two vehicles.
Meanwhile, an 18-year-old Thompson Township woman, whose name was withheld by state police, stood by on Robinson's property and waited for the men to return. State police were able to locate shoe prints in the snow, which were later matched with shoes found at Ericson's residence.
In addition to trespassing charges, Ericson and Stouffer were also charged with criminal mischief.
