Two Injured In Crash
Two passengers in a 2002 Dodge sport utility vehicle suffered minor injuries during a crash along the westbound lanes of Interstate 70 over the weekend. On Saturday, January 10, Rodney Skinner, 39, of Youngstown, Ohio, lost control of his SUV while travelling too fast for the icy conditions, state police reported. The vehicle slid into a grassy median strip and struck a guiderail.
Passenger Michelle K. Skinner, 36, of Girard, Ohio, and Carrie L. Liller, Youngstown, Ohio, sustained minor injuries. Two additional passengers, both from Youngstown, Ohio, were not injured. All individuals involved were using seat belts in the 5:49 p.m. crash. Rodney Skinner will be charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic in connection with the Brush Creek Township accident.
