Judge Herman Presides Over Court Session

Judge Douglas W. Herman of the 39th Judicial District of the Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held at the Fulton County Courthouse on Tuesday, December 23.

Joseph L. Netz appeared without counsel and waived arraignment proceedings on charges of driving under the influence. Netz entered a notguilty plea and will reappear in court for trial during the January 26 term of court.

Ronald Lee Robinson appeared with his attorney for arraignment on charges of the corruption of minors and recklessly endangering another person. Robinson pled not guilty. His trial will be conducted during the January 26 term of court.

Alice Michelle Younker appeared with legal counsel for arraignment proceedings on charges of forgery and theft by unlawful taking. Younker, who pled not guilty, will be tried during the January 26 term of court.

Perry Charles Worthy appeared without an attorney on charges of driving under the influence. Worthy was admitted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program and will complete 12 months probation.

James William Shaffer was granted a continuance until January 13 for sentencing.
