Farewell Party Held For Iraq-Bound Serviceman


The family of Kerry McCarty surprised the 18-year-old U.S. Army serviceman Dec. 23 with a farewell party held at Knobsville United Methodist Church. McCarty leaves Jan. 18 for his first deployment to Iraq and is presently stationed at Fort Dix, N.J.
