The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Price of Berkeley Springs and Mr. and Mrs. Steve Kump of Gore, Va. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Duvall of Warfordsburg and the late Lester Garland Sr.

The couple resides in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
