Forty-four-year-old Dublin Township resident Christine Mellott has been cited for cruelty to animals after she allegedly allowed her dog to roam her Waterfall Road yard without providing sufficient shelter on Wednesday, November 19, at 12:15 a.m. State police added, according to WeatherReports.com, the temperature in Hustontown at the time of incident was 21 degrees.
