A Breezewood area woman was charged with harassing Edward Louis Wilson, 47, of Crystal Spring on Tuesday, November 18, at 6 p.m. Tonia Wilson, 40, of Breezewood allegedly struck Edward Wilson during the incident in Crystal Spring. Charges against Tonia Wilson will be filed through the office of Magisterial District Judge Carol Jean Johnson.
