PA Crash Victim Struck And Killed By Fire Truck

WIND GAP, Pa. (AP) - Police say a man who survived a one-car crash in northeastern Pennsylvania was then struck and killed by a passing fire truck. The accident happened around 11 a.m. Thursday on Route 33 north of Wind Gap.

Police say the car had gone off the road and plunged down a steep embankment at a vineyard.

Investigators say they found the man's wedding ring on his car seat. Pictures of two young children were propped up against the dashboard.
