Special thanks to Trooper Cohen and Trooper Rohrer of the PA State Police and to Fulton County Parks and Recreation for the women's selfdefense class held at Forbes Road School the month of October. This class was very informative and every women, no matter what their age, should take advantage of this when offered in the county.

Thanks again, it was great!

I thank God for all blessings He has sent to me by all my brothers and sisters in the Lord and many others, too.

Each prayer, card, visit, gift and kindness brings joy and encouragement. A special thanks to the staff at the Waynesboro Hospital ICU. You are the best. I also appreciate the care at the York Hospital.

God is so good. Jesus provided for our healing by the wounds on His back and I will praise Him.

May God bless you all as you have blessed me. Words fail to express my thanks to the family God has given me. They take very good care of me. I love you all.
