      Maggie Riggs and daughter Lindsay Mellott spent a pleasant Sunday afternoon in Bedford visiting and having lunch with their Riggs sisters-in-law and aunts from Somerset and West Moreland counties, Laura Reed, Nancy Hay and daughter Sandy, who lives in Johnstown, and Mary Jo Hall.

      We sure had a beautiful weekend for the Fulton Fall Folk Festival. It was a little cool but at least there was no storms. There seemed to be a big crowd in the county, and the flea market at the barn on 522 was well attended.
