Colleen Rae Craig, 33, Fort Loudon, died Tuesday, October 7, 2008, as a result of a Tuesday afternoon automobile accident in Green Township.

Born December 17, 1974, in Fort Mead, Md., she was a daughter of Evelyn Beck Dale (and husband Jack Jr.), Shippensburg; and Joel S. (and wife Maria) Moore, Dallas, Texas.

A 1993 graduate of Shippensburg Area Senior High School, she worked for Volvo in Chambersburg. Among her interests, she had a hidden talent for painting, and she loved going for drives in the mountains.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Rayna C. Craig; her sister, Marcelle Coover (and husband Charles Sr.), Chambersburg; her companion, Carl M. Gayman, St. Thomas; maternal grandparents, Gordon "Dutch" and Ruth Brookens, Fayetteville; aunts and uncles: Kay Beck Heavner (and husband Ronald), Orrtanna; Larry Beck (and wife Leah), McConnellsburg; Kenneth Beck Jr., Chambersburg; E.J. Moore, Kansas City; Sandra Morris, Dallas, Texas; and Jimmie Sue Reyes, Sealey, Texas; a niece, Kayla E. Coover; a nephew, Charles Coover Jr.; and a number of cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Joel E. and Frances Moore, formerly of Dallas; and two aunts: Margaret Peggy Riggins and Jodi Bae.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 13, in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg. Rev. Susanne Elliot officiated. Burial was made in Brechbill Cemetery.
