McConnellsburg 3, Everett 2

McConnellsburg narrowly slipped by the Everett Warriors last Wednesday in overtime, clinching the Sideling Hill League match by the score of 3-2. Spartans Drew Wink, Jarrod Appleby and Matt Kendall each had a goal, and Logan Wagner added an assist for Mc- Connellsburg. Devin Petty-John preserved the shutout with nine saves.

Forbes Road 2,

Cumberland Valley Christian 1

With less than a minute remaining on the game clock, Cardinal Slade Benchoff's goal to push Forbes Road ahead of Cumberland Valley Christian Friday evening. During the 2-1 non-league victory, Alex Buterbaugh scored the team's first goal of the game. Dillen Burger dished out an assist. Goalkeeper Tanner Henry made four saves.

Conemaugh Township 4,

McConnellsburg 1

McConnellsburg's three-game winning streak came to an abrupt halt Saturday afternoon with a 4-1 loss at the hands of Conemaugh Township. Matt Kendall scored the lone goal for the Spartans, who also received a total of 15 saves by goalie Devin Petty-John.

McConnellsburg 5, Hyndman 3

McConnellsburg tallied three goals in the second half of Monday's game to outlast the Hyndman Hornets in Sideling Hill League action. Matt Kendall had two goals for the Spartans during their 5-3 victory, while Drew Wink, Jarrod Appleby and Logan Wagner all contributed one. Appleby also added two assists, and teammates Ben Binder, Wagner and Nathan Swope each dished out one assist. Devin Petty-John made six saves in goal.

Northern Bedford 3, Forbes Road 1

The Forbes Road Cardinals tried to narrow the gap Monday night but Northern Bedford continued to pull away and cinched Monday's Sideling Hill League match by the score of 3-1. Slade Benchoff had the Cardinals only goal, while goalkeepers Tanner Henry and Joshua Bussard had five and three saves, respectively.
