Chestnut Ridge 3, McConnellsburg 1

McConnellsburg picked up its very first loss of the season last Thursday, winning only one out of four games against the Chestnut Ridge Lions. A'Leese Dickerson led her Spartan teammates with 12 kills and three blocks, while Brittany Ott handed out 22 assists. Lisa DeShong made 18 digs, and Michelle Baker finished with five aces.

Hyndman 3, Southern Fulton 1

Southern Fulton fell for the second straight game last Thursday to Hyndman by the final score of 3-1. Alexis Knisely tallied 10 kills and four blocks for the Indians during the Sideling Hill League match, and Jenna Ritz had 15 service points and 32 assists. Ashley Wigfield followed with nine kills and six blocks. Jeni Hager rounded out the evening with 30 digs.

McConnellsburg 3,

Tussey Mountain 0

The McConnellsburg Spartans only allowed 21 points during the duration of three games last Tuesday to easily prevail over the Tussey Mountain Titans by the score of 3-0. A'Leese Dickerson managed 12 kills, and Brittany Ott added six aces and 14 assists. Michelle Baker finished with 12 digs and five aces.

Everett 3, Southern Fulton 0

In spite of some big numbers produced by Natasha Bard, Southern Fulton still dropped three straight games last Tuesday to fall to the Everett Warriors. Bard tallied nine kills, 14 digs, one block and 10 service points in the Sideling Hill League match. Teammates Jenna Ritz and Jeni Hager contributed 17 assists and 10 digs, respectively.

McConnellsburg 3,

Shalom Christian 1

Shalom Christian jumped out to an early victory in game one but then dropped the following three games to the victorious Mc- Connellsburg Lady Spartans Monday evening. Megan Eichelberger posted seven kills and 18 digs for McConnellsburg, and A'Leese Dickerson rallied for 16 kills and seven blocks. Lisa DeShong had 18 digs and four aces, and teammates Brittany Ott and Michelle Baker added 22 assists and 26 digs, respectively.
