A Reading man heading westbound on the Pennsylvania Turnpike through Fulton County on Monday, September 20, escaped injury after his truck caught fire. Twenty-seven-year-old Michael Velez was just north of Jerry Road when he pulled onto the berm because his 1982 Ford truck was malfunctioning, state police elaborated.
