Cinder Block Thrown Through Windshield

A 40-year-old Warfordsburg woman faces charges of criminal mischief, harassment and criminal trespassing after she allegedly threatened a local woman and then threw a cinder block through the windshield of the woman's vehicle.

On Monday, September 22, Wavy Kirk stood outside the 4065 Thompson Road, Needmore, home of Traci Lynn Weltz, 26, and yelled and cursed so Weltz would come out of the house and get beaten up, state police reported. Weltz did not come outside. However, Kirk then reportedly picked up a cinder block and threw it through the windshield of Weltz's vehicle before leaving the Thompson Township property.
