DC-Area Man Dies During Pittsburgh Rowing Race
PITTSBURGH (AP) - A 79-yearold man who tumbled from his row boat during the 22nd Annual Head of the Ohio regatta in Pittsburgh has died of natural causes.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner says Stuart Law of Washington, D.C. died of coronary artery disease. Authorities say he was pulled out of the water by a competitor after he fell from his oneman scull about 9 a.m. Saturday.
Emergency crews performed lifesupport and took Law to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh where he died a short time later.
