A spoiler was stolen from the rear of dark- colored sport utility vehicle that was located on the right side of the Giant Food Store parking area on Friday, February 3, between 10 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Victim in the case is a 38- year- old female from Needmore. One Teen Injured In Crash

A 17-year-old passenger was injured in a single-vehicle crash involving a northbound 2005 Dodge Neon and a utility pole, state police said. The female passenger, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered moderate injuries and was taken by Hancock ambulance to Meritus Hospital in Hagerstown for treatment.

Criminal, Patrol Report Released

Pennsylvania State Police from the McConnellsburg barracks recently released their criminal and pa- trol activity report for the month of January. According to the reports, a total of 52 criminal offenses were reported to state police last month. Of those numbers 35 cases were cleared, which resulted in 26 arrests.

Drugs Found During Traffic Stop

A Flushing, Mich., man faces drug violations as a result of a traffic stop along the eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 last Friday night.

State police troopers stopped 62-year-old Michael David Sabo for a traffic violation in Brush Creek Township. During the 12:41 a.m. stop, police found Sabo in possession of a small amount of alleged drugs.

Pennsylvania State Police have arrested a Jonestown, Pa., man for driving under the influence of alcohol during a traffic stop along Route 30 near the Bedford/Fulton County line.

Theft Reported At Mellott Co.

A northbound 1995 Honda Civic travelled up an embankment and overturned along Deneens Gap Road Saturday morning, state police reported. Driver Nicky L. Strait, 21, of Needmore, suffered minor injuries during the 8:40 a.m. crash in Bethel Township. He was wearing a seat belt and will be cited by state police for driving a vehicle at unsafe speeds.

Man Accused Of Disorderly Conduct

Steven Eugene Knable, of Needmore, has been accused of disorderly conduct after he allegedly interfered with a crash scene along Deneens Gap Road on Saturday, February 4, at 10 a.m., state police said. Knable allegedly became “loud and argumentative” with the investigating trooper after being told the leave the area.

Johnstown Woman Cited For Child Endangerment
